3. Supportive nourishment: feeding yourself in ways that strengthen the building blocks of the body - the musculoskeletal system. 

This 3-month program includes:

  • a comprehensive postural analysis pinpointing key areas for growth

  • a customized exercise program to help you move with ease and strength, transforming postural patterns and stepping into your most empowered self

  • meditation coaching and other intuitive practices to cultivate your inner health compass

  • a personalized nutrition plan to optimize macro/micronutrient intake and musculoskeletal function

  • 12 45-minute 1:1 sessions where we dive deeply into the ins and outs of your unique path to thriving physically, mentally, and spiritually

My Approach to Health 

Hi, I'm Karina.

I believe that what we put into our bodies and how we move them allows us to experience true health in mind, body, and spirit. I've deeply studied the science behind nutrition, anatomy, and physiology, and I've tested different dietary and movement approaches on myself with varying results. After several years of studying, testing, and retesting, I've created a set of nutritional guidelines and movement practices that have significantly moved the needle on my own health goals and those of my clients. This approach has helped me to heal many health issues I had experienced since I was a child, including:

- Reducing my scoliosis curve by several degrees

- Improving my vision

- Growing 3/4 of an inch taller at 33 years old

- Healing my liver, and regulated my blood pressure and hormones.  

I also began to feel stronger than ever, like there was nothing my body couldn't do.

 

But the ultimate gift I received through all of this was the intimate relationship I formed with my body - it is my best friend and greatest teacher. That relationship has transformed every other area of my life beyond just health - it vastly improved my relationships, my career, and my ability to manifest a deeply fulfilling life for myself. I was inspired to share my techniques with others and have since guided several clients to experience their own revitalized connection to their bodies.

While each person is unique, there are a few foundational tenets of health that I believe are crucial to experience a body that truly thrives. They are as follows:

1. The right balance of macronutrients, with a focus on protein (with all essential amino acids) and healthy fats

2. Intentional incorporation of foods with high micronutrient content

3. A keen understanding of one's postural compensations (we all have unique patterns) and a set of strength-building, tension-releasing, and posture training exercises to address them

4. Most importantly, a sense of being at home with, connected to, and at ease in your unique body so that you can hear and benefit from its wisdom
