About Mind-Body Manifesting

TM

Did you know that the shape of a tree is determined by the wind? In the same way, the wind of consciousness - our past experiences, inherited and accumulated beliefs and assumptions about ourselves and the world - determines the shape of our bodies, and that shape - our body language, how we physically move - determines everything we experience in our lives.

So it's not just the thoughts and emotions that we entertain in our minds that creates our reality - it's our entire body. It is all too common for someone to attempt to manifest something with their mind - using affirmations, visualization, and other such techniques to impress the subconscious mind - while their body remains in holding patterns that continue to attract the same types of situations based on old beliefs.

Through the Mind-Body Manifesting  process, we realign the body so that it harmonizes with the vision we hold in our mind. We can then experience that vision in reality. Another positive effect of realigning our bodies is that we transcend old patterns, traumas, and what some call 'karmic' imprints, without digging into painful memories. Mind-Body Manifesting addresses what I believe is our purpose for being here: to create our life experience, and to become truly free in mind, body, and soul.

My Story

Hi, I'm Karina.

I love sharing the practice of embodiment so that we can all live full, authentic, and creative lives. I have experienced firsthand the power that inhabiting my body has had on my life experience, my ability to manifest my desires, and my spiritual growth.

I know what it's like to be manifesting some nice things into my life but still feeling unsatisfied, like there was more to life. I had been a diligent practitioner of intentional manifesting for years. Following the teachings of Neville Goddard, I was able to create some wonderful experiences in my life like traveling the world on prestigious scholarships, getting into my dream school, and manifesting what I thought was my ideal career. But I was continuing to experience what I perceived as an 'emotional blueprint' that was tinting my life negatively. Feelings of 'not-enoughness,' of somehow being on the outside looking in. I felt depressed and anxious despite many reasons to be happy and despite knowing how to manifest anything I wanted.

A unique aspect of Neville Goddard's teaching is the concept of 'states.' This idea says that you can step into the version of you- 'a state'- that is living your ideal life and feeling the way you want to feel, with a whole new set of beliefs that automatically create your new world. In many ways, using states helped me manifest. But I found that no matter what I did, I was not truly able to access certain feelings. I could shift my state to act like a rockstar and experience manifestations that matched this, but I wasn't feeling genuine confidence, peace, ease, and love. As a result, the depression, anxiety, and the need to control my 'state' to manifest my life deepened.

Then I read a passage in a book by Mitch Horowitz, a well-known Neville Goddard scholar. He said that while we can manifest anything we want, there will be a certain 'emotional blueprint' that will follow us because of reincarnation.

This statement made me pause, because this was exactly what I was experiencing. Yet the idea that we are destined to experience certain predominant emotions because of karma from past lives did not resonate with me. If anything, I felt we were here to transcend that karma. And this feeling was what led me to a journey that would truly shift my life.

I began receiving intuitive guidance that the way I was holding my body was impacting the emotions I was predominantly experiencing. As I shifted the alignment of my body, I found I was able to experience previously inaccessible states and emotions. I began to feel truly whole, secure in myself, and able to give and receive love. Depression and anxiety faded, and when uncomfortable emotions did come up, they wouldn't last. I started to experience what it was like to be my authentic self. This relationship to myself became more important than trying to manifest certain outcomes. In fact, what I even wanted to manifest changed. Rather than wanting to accumulate markers of external success so I could 'prove' myself, I started to desire for my life to reflect my true essence. I began to value real connection with myself and others, deeply fulfilling relationships, and a career where I could share my truth and hold the space for others to see their own truth.

I became a yoga teacher and studied concepts of other healing arts like Traditional Chinese Medicine and somatic healing. As I taught and began working with people's bodies, I noticed that their postural habits, like mine, bore the marks of their predominant emotional state. As I prompted them to organize their bodies differently, they emanated a new energy. They expressed feeling completely differently - entertaining entirely new emotions.

Inspired by these experiences, I formalized the process that I had used to find freedom through working with my own body, and I called it Mind-Body Manifesting (MBM). I witnessed others change their lives as I shared MBM. They went beyond simply manifesting their desires; they transformed their entire way of being and relating to the world. To me, this work is so sacred and deep, because it allows us to transcend emotional patterns across generations and create a new future for ourselves and those who will come after us.

If you resonate with my story, I invite you to explore my offerings that provide a holistic approach to spiritual growth, manifesting, and embodiment.
